Never
nev·er /ˈnɛvər/

Never is the unholy combination of the words not and ever used by the lazy, the cowardly, and liars.

Always
al·ways /ˈɔlweɪz, -wiz/ [awl-weyz, -weez]

Always is the favorite word of the unhealthily optimistic and delusional.

Lesson learned: Unhealthily is actually a word.

And there are no absolutes.

If you can't leave it be . . .

I find myself constantly fascinated by the way my mind works. I can be doing something utterly mundane, while time trudges by all too slowly. And then I'll come upon a thought having absolutely nothing to do with anything I've thought of in the past two weeks . . . though in this case that's a lie. (See below for further clarification)

For example, I was opening the wrapper of my delicious chocolate candy when I realized that the little "Thank you" Paper from Hershey's that lets you more easily open it, (and gives the candy their trademark personalities in the commercials) was missing.
Well, that had happened before, so I avoided having a panic attack. But it brought to mind a question:
What if, every time one of those paper wrapper "Thank You" thingies was found to be missing, a Mac user died (a subject which I'm constantly thinking about . . . see above for further clarification if you're confused).

Obviously, I couldn't let this possibility go without testing it, so I went back to my bag of candies to find another "Thank you" thingy-less wrapper. I didn't find one (mostly because anything is impossible to find if you start looking for it. And because I didn't really look that hard), But I removed the "Thank you" thing, wrapped back up the Hershey, then declared with due surprise that that said thing was missing (as that end part is all that really matters to the universe anyway). Then I ate it.

I didn't see anything happen though, and I don't have any Mac user friends I could call to see if they had spontaneously died. So I'll label this experiment as inconclusive (though if someone you know, who may or may not have been using a Mac at or around the time of this writing, fell fatally ill, let me know)

Oh and please don't think I just hate Mac users. I hate Linux and Windows users too. Except me. I'm on Windows Xp x64, so I'm exempted.

So this place is empty. And kinda funky smelling. And quiet.
I'll have to change that. I'm so sorry for you all.

I'm surprised at myself. Given a journal I thought I'd make more use of expressing my opinions in it on a daily basis, (as few as they are). Maybe I should make an effort towards that goal . . .

Anyway, updated my gallery with another craptacular piece ^^; I'll try and do a better job on the model itself, if I ever get around to finishing it. I'll be starting at the Art Institute of Atlanta Oct 3rd, and it takes me awhile to get a model done, so I dunno if I'll have enough time.
